OUR STORY

GEANTES was founded in Istanbul in 2007 by two event professionals with corporate backgrounds and extensive experience managing events across different regions of Türkiye. The idea behind Geantes was to bring event management and travel expertise together under one roof, creating a structure capable of managing all the interconnected elements of a meeting or conference as one coordinated operation.

Since then, Geantes has grown from its Istanbul beginnings into an international conference and meeting management company, with operational experience across 6 continents, 37 countries and 53 cities.

Today, we manage international conferences and meetings without geographic or participant-number limitations, coordinating the different operational components of each project from initial planning through final reconciliation.
